Our consultant Kaj Mustikkamäki has been employed on executive positions on several companies and can acknowledge technical challenges on business as well as organisational and administrative challenges. Kaj works now as independent consultant and has been able to ease problems of information technology and organisational change on many companies.
Kaj's technical skills range from the architecture design of large, distributed systems to hacking of scripts on workstations. The familiar technologies for Kaj are web-technologies (HTML5, Javascript, Mobile Web, CSS, ...), protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP(S), SMTP, SNTP, SSH, IPSec, ...), Network design (WAN, LAN, WLAN, VLAN, VPN, ...), programming languages (C, C++, Java, PHP, Python, FORTRAN, ...) as well as scripting on different levels (sh, awk, sed, perl, regexp, ...).
Kaj's core expertise on information security are networking security and security architectures. The workstation security management can also be managed.
On systems architecture Kaj's expertise and experience are especially on designing fault resilient, distributed systems. Experience on telecom systems can be utilised on other systems too.
